Twenty-Six delegates from Hispanic Churches of the Allegheny West Conference were first time participants in the largest Evangelistic Hispanic Lay Training event held in Ocean City, MD.  They received instruction in different areas related to soul winning:  Personal Evangelism, Evangelism to a Postmodern Mind, Evangelism Through Small Groups, Public Evangelism and Discipleship.  Several of the denomination’s top-notch speakers were invited to make presentations at the event among them were:  Dr. Ron Clouzet (NADEI), Dr. Eduard Schmidt (NADEI), Pr. Winston Simpson (IAD), Eliazib Sanchez (Spain Union), Pr. Ruben Ramos (Columbia Union), Pr. Carlos Camacho (El Centinela Magazine). They came back filled with the Holy Spirit and ready for a full year of evangelism and soul winning. To God Be the Glory!
